Micheal Martin received a vitally important warning on August 10th 2010 in his then capacity as Minister for Foreign concerning a bio-hazard incident that took place in Austria in February 2009. But for an Austro/Irish medical journalist named Jane Baurgermeister spilling the beans it would have been hidden away with devastating consequences such as the deliberate release on the world of a deadly pandemic.
A serious Bio Hazard Incident
The warning Mr Martin received in the form of an open letter stated that an Austro-Irish journalist named Jane Burgermeister discovered that during February of 2009 a serious Bio-hazard incident had taken place at Orth an der Donau in Austria. A pharmaceutical company had distributed 72 kilos of seasonal flu vaccine material contaminated with the live bird flu virus to 16 labs in Austria, Germany, Slovenia and the Czech Republic. If the 72 kilos of vials had been administered to those requesting their annual flu vaccine with a mortality rate of 60% the result would have been catastrophic for them with the potential of it spreading rapidly into the general population and causing a deadly pandemic. Was this a first attempt to deliberately start a pandemic?
Red Alert
It had all come to light when a lab worker tested the seasonal flu vaccine material on ferrets; when he discovered that it contained a deadly live bird flu virus. The whole lab had to be quarantined and the workers had to be given preventative treatment against bird flu virus, which is one of the most deadly viruses known to mankind with a mortality rate of 60%.”
A Deadly Consignment

Who is Jane Burgermeister
Jane Bürgermeister was born in Switzerland from an Irish mother and Austrian father and she has dual Irish and Austrian citizenship and she carries an Irish passport. She received a masters degree from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and as a medical journalist she has written for the magazine Nature, the British Medical Journal, The Scientist, Reuters Health, and The Guardian among other publications. Her competence is beyond reproach. Therefore her words shouldn’t be taken lightly.
Bio Security Level 3 Incident
The open letter to Micheal Martin went on saying; “She (Jane Bürgermeister)… claim’s that the possibility of this being accidental under a regime of Bio Security Level 3 is impossible. And so it should be, that’s what we would expect in such a facility. She claims she filed criminal charges to the police against an Austrian politician, the Chief Executive Officer of the pharmaceutical company in question and a Director General of a major Health Organization amongst others to the effect that this was a deliberate attempt to mass infect an entire population for the purposes of either commercial benefit from the distribution of an untested swine flu vaccine, or death. These are extremely serious claims, but certainly not outside the bounds of possibility. And until this is properly investigated we have a duty to pursue it with the utmost vigour and urgency, for the purposes of due diligence and the protection of the health of our civilian population.”
A Campaign of Harassment
A police investigation began but following the Chief of Police’s untimely replacement it was dropped. Following this a campaign of harassment and vilification was directed at Jane from different quarters. First she was embroiled in legal proceedings related to her father’s and her aunts estate. She next received numerous nasty unanimous calls, followed by numerous unanimous sinister warnings to back off followed by death threats. She found herself facing a court hearing, having her liberty removed, and was made what appears to be a ward of court on the spurious grounds that she is unable to manage her own affairs. When I later met her in Dublin she was effectively on the run and in fear of her life. She was then attempting to highlight her case and gain support
Manipulation of Legal Documents
Jane further claimed that legal documents in her ongoing case in Austria at the time had been manipulated. This appeared to be a blatant attempt to silence Jane Burgermeister. She has blown the whistle long, hard and shrill on what is without doubt the most serious international incident that I have ever encountered.
Micheal Martin did Nothing
In the open letter to Micheal Martin which is shown in full below, he was asked: “Now (are) you are going to do your duty and take responsibility to uphold the highest ideals of the citizens of this state and our fledgling citizenship in the European Union.”
Micheal Martin did nothing then and hasn’t opened his mouth about the letter or its contents ever since. The letter went on urgently asking him: “Furthermore… are (you)… going to sit idly by and splutter pragmatic soundbites on the niceties and virtues of diplomatic channels, et cetera. We’ve had enough now and that’s the end of it. Now we want you to Act on our behalf. Act now, before it’s too late, or has our Sovereignty been utterly subjugated altogether?”
Swine Flu Inquiry
The letter went on; “I might remind you of the European Council’s Parlimentary Assembly Inquiry into the response to the Swine Flu pandemic and it’s central question which …” “concerns the possibility for representatives of the pharmaceutical industry to directly influence public decisions taken with regard to H1N1 influenza and the question of whether some of their statements had been adopted as public health recommendations without being based on sufficient scientific evidence” – quote Mr. Paul Flynn, Labour MP. It seems that universally that politicians are spineless and greedy and are therefore easily manipulated by the pharmaceutical industry.
Inaction can be Deadly
Micheal Martin did nothing then and in the meantime along came Covid from apparent shenanigans of a not an un-similar nature in another laboratory to that which Jane Burgermeister was warning us about and the open letter warned him way back then.
What if he had called for an investigation at the EU Council of Ministers into the attempted release of the contaminated vaccine? Maybe nothing would have happened but then maybe an international investigation with the weight of the EU behind it might have taken place. That would have chastened the pharmaceutical industry and just maybe as a result Covid would never have happened. We will never know the answer because Micheal Martin in his ministerial capacity and in his usual spineless manner said nothing and did nothing. You have a heavy weight to bear Micheal and your political spiral is about to take a downward turn.

Open Letter to the Minister for Foreign Affairs
Micheál Martin T.D.
I Am Sovereign in Being and in Person.
And under that Jurisdiction,
Minister Martin,
It will be made abundantly clear what is required of you in your capacity as the most senior official at the Department of Foreign Affairs. And I call on your duty under the Constitution of Ireland 1937, your duty as Minister and your duty under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 to Act, to protect the citizens who enjoy the rights and privileges under that Constitution, the one that you swore to uphold.
As you may be aware Minister, an Austro-Irish journalist named Jane Burgermeister, during February of 2009 released a report claiming that a serious Bio-hazard incident had taken place at Orth an der Donau in Austria, whereby a well known pharmaceutical company had distributed 72 kilos of seasonal flu vaccine material contaminated with the live bird flu virus via another Biotechnology company in Vienna to 16 labs in Austria, Germany, Slovenia and the Czech Republic. It all came to light when a lab worker tested it on ferrets, discovered what it was, and the whole lab had to be quarantined and given preventative treatment against bird flu virus, which as we know is one of the most deadly viruses known to mankind with a mortality rate of 60%.

Apparently a police investigation did begin but has since ceased after the Chief of Police was replaced. What is even more disturbing is that she now appears to be embroiled in legal proceedings related to her father’s estate and that of an aunt. Now, she finds herself facing a court hearing, having her liberty removed, and made what appears to be a ward of court on the grounds that she is unable to manage her own affairs.
It must be added that she is further claiming the manipulation of legal documents in her current legal case by others. It is abundantly clear to me that this is a blatant attempt to silence Jane Burgermeister. If this does anything it suggests that what she is claiming may well be the Truth. 2 She has blown the whistle long and hard and shrill on what is without doubt the most serious international incident that I have ever come across, if what she claims turns out to be true.
And now we are going to protect her, and you are going to protect her from the theft of her Constitutional, Legal and Human Rights, in our New Europe. Now you are going to do your duty and take responsibility to uphold the highest ideals of the citizens of this state and our fledgling citizenship in the European Union.
We are not going to tolerate the erosion of our Legal and Constitutional rights under any circumstances whatsoever. And we are certainly not going to allow individuals to take those rights away through forgery, fraud, perjury and deception. Or, through a subjugation of legal framework, to attempt to silence those who say inconvenient things.
Furthermore we (you) are not going to sit idly by and splutter pragmatic sound bites on the niceties and virtues of diplomatic channels, et cetera. We’ve had enough now and that’s the end of it. Now we want you to Act on our behalf. Act now, before it’s too late, or has our Sovereignty been utterly subjugated altogether?
Apparently Jane Burgermeister has dual Irish and Austrian nationality; whether she has an Irish passport will be clear to you very quickly. Whether she is an Irish citizen or not does not prevent you from making contact with her, and ensuring that the Austrian authorities are acutely aware that we, the Irish people, are taking every possible interest in both her current legal case and the charges relating to the incident that she brought so thoroughly to our attention. And we want to give every possible protection we can to whistleblowers, notwithstanding the enormity of the incident on which she bases her claim.
We also want to make urgent representations to the most senior legal and diplomatic portals in our European Union and instruct them of our desire for them to send an observer to Ms. Burgermeister’s proceedings and to ensure that she is not on the receiving end of any jurisprudent wrong. Any action that the Department sees fit as to be of sufficient gravity to actually prevent a most serious miscarriage of Justice from taking place is entirely prudent. We have the power to prevent miscarriages of Justice I can assure you, prior to them happening. We want you to make to make the most urgent and swift representations at the highest levels in the European Parliament and the European Court of Justice, through your Department, on behalf of Ms. Burgermeister without delay. And also to take up the case of the aforementioned Biohazard incident in the strongest possible terms immediately with our European partners and our own Department of Defence. Ms. Burgermeister’s case I believe comes to court on August 12th. They might change it.
If you and your Government want to genuinely do something about the mess and devastation that this country is in then this is a place to begin. We want to rebuild our reputation for integrity which has come down to us through our antecedents for centuries. The integrity that has been so thoroughly and almost irredeemably besmirched through the actions of lesser men in our beloved Éireann for many, many years now.
Fantastic though this entire story appears to be on the surface, I’m inclined to believe her if only for one simple reason, that we simply cannot afford to ignore what she is saying. And that we will not countenance such blatant removal of Legal, Constitutional and Human Rights in a brand new European Union, we’re going to nip that in the bud. Furthermore I can’t say I’m entirely surprised at the claims, because I believe that there are those who do exist who would stoop to the most deviant and malicious methods in their obsessive pursuit of Power, as we have seen only too clearly recently. History tells us repeatedly that this in entirely possible. Who I am is irrelevant at this point and is irrelevant to the issues raised herein. I’m just some citizen, out there somewhere, thoroughly outraged by what I see around me in terms of the condition of my country and the catastrophe of the impact that certain political courses have had on the fabric of the community, the land and the physical and spiritual wellbeing of our people, and I too have a duty under The Constitution of Ireland 1937 to protect my fellow citizens from harm.
What is important is that we Act, that we express our outrage in a more evolved form than has heretofore been the case. But that we ensure that our voices are heard, the voices of Human Beings above the stifling fumes of political, religious, historical, medical and other popular dogmas of a society in utter disarray. We simply must establish our integrity in the eyes of the international community and for ourselves.
Now is our chance to do something, something unusual. Great statesmen or stateswomen have the courage to raise their heads above the parapet, that’s what distinguishes them. They have the power to inspire those who have not aspired to positions of such great responsibility. If ever there was a time in this country’s history when we needed that, well, it’s here again.
I believe that Jane Burgermeister is an individual of the highest moral integrity and competence. She has a Masters Degree from the University of Edinburgh and has written articles in several high profile publications and is one of the most diligent researchers I’ve ever seen. Her competence is beyond reproach. She has raised a mighty warning flag and blown the whistle strong and hard for our benefit. These are the actions of a very high minded, well balanced, courageous and capable individual who was willing to go out on a limb for duty to her fellow citizen and there aren’t many like that. The alarm she set off is still ringing away loudly, and what’s more, she’s Irish.
Now it’s our turn to do the same for her if we can. You have the power Minister, use it Now.
